Job summary

Atlas seeks a Senior Construction Materials Testing Technician to support a high-profile project just outside Columbus, Ohio. Candidates should hold ICC Soils and/or ICC Reinforced Concrete certification and have at least five years of construction materials testing experience.

Responsibilities include field testing, reporting, and coordination with project management while adhering to Atlas safety policies.

Qualifications

• ICC Reinforced Concrete or Soils certification required.
• At least five years of construction materials testing experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Performs field tests as directed by CMT Manager and Supervisory Staff.
• Work 10 to 12 hours daily; nights and weekends may be required.
• Relays information to project manager/engineer with limited in-field decision making.
• Transports equipment, specimens, and documents to field, lab, clients or other offices; assists with setup.
