DIHO Consulting USA LLC in Geismar, LA seeks a Senior Construction Materials Testing Technician to perform field testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and related materials, ensuring compliance with project specs and client requirements.

The role requires strong testing skills, ability to pass background checks and drug screen, valid transportation, and willingness to work variable hours on-site with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Construction Materials Testing experience required
• Experience with soils, concrete, asphalt, and field testing procedures
• Certifications in ACI, NICET, TxDOT, or related are preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, and related materials
• Conduct concrete testing (slump, air content, temperature, unit weight, cylinders)
• Perform soil compaction testing and Proctor/Atterberg/sieve analyses
• Perform asphalt density testing and pavement core sampling
• Monitor pile installation and document capacity, penetration, and blow counts
• Prepare accurate field and laboratory reports
• Communicate with dispatch, management, technical staff, and onsite clients
