Qualifications

• 2+ years of related field experience.
• Must maintain current basic level certifications and have two advanced certifications.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Must provide suitable transportation for job sites – mileage reimbursed.
• Strong communication, reading, and writing skills.
• Good understanding of heavy construction safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform observation, testing, sampling, and inspection of materials on construction sites.
• Conduct routine field tests for soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, masonry, asphalt, and structural steel placement following industry standards.
• Collect data, perform calculations, and draft field reports documenting site observations.
• Maintain daily communication with site contractors, technicians, and project managers; inform teams of changing site conditions.
• Receive training in ECS methodology for project observations, inspections, and testing.
