Job summary

TCL North America is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Marketing & Sales Enablement to lead field marketing strategy, retail sales enablement, and advocacy programs for TCL Mobile across North America. You will drive retail execution, enhance product knowledge, and optimize field coverage to boost sell‑out with major carriers and national retailers.

The role oversees TCL Mobile's third‑party field marketing agency and TCL Academy, managing strategy, staffing, budgets, platform management, and ROI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in field marketing, retail sales, channel marketing, or related commercial function.
• Experience with national retailers, wireless carriers, and complex channel environments.
• Proven ability to develop KPIs, scorecards, and performance reporting.
• Experience managing program budgets and investing resources effectively.
• Proven track record in managing external vendors/agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly field marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives and channel priorities.
• Translate carrier and retail partner priorities into market coverage plans and field staffing.
• Monitor field execution, product knowledge, and retail engagement to improve sell‑out.
• Own KPI dashboards, program reporting, and actionable performance insights.
• Coordinate TCL Academy training and sales advocacy with cross‑functional teams.
