Job summary

TCL North America is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Marketing & Sales Enablement to drive field marketing strategy, retail sales enablement, and advocacy programs for TCL Mobile across North America. The role oversees program strategy, staffing, ROI, and performance metrics to optimize field execution and sell‑out outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in field marketing, retail, or channel marketing roles.
• Experience with national retailers and wireless carriers and in data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop field marketing strategy and ensure aligned retail execution with sales objectives.
• Translate partner priorities into market coverage plans and staffing requirements.
• Monitor sell-out performance and improve field effectiveness through KPI dashboards.
