Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven Sr. Field Marketing Manager to own and execute field and event marketing programs. This individual will lead strategy and execution for industry events, webinars, customer marketing, and thought leadership content to grow brand awareness, drive engagement, and support pipeline creation.

The ideal candidate is an execution-focused marketer who thrives at the intersection of content, customer advocacy, and demand generation, and is comfortable working at the pace of a high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

  • Events & Trade Shows: Plan and execute ConverzAI’s presence at industry events and conferences (sponsorships, booth experiences, speaking engagements).
  • Webinar Program Management: Develop, schedule, promote, and moderate webinars and virtual events in partnership with sales, product, and leadership teams.
  • Customer Advocacy: Build relationships with customers to identify story opportunities. Create customer case studies, video testimonials, and advocacy programs.
  • Thought Leadership Content: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to develop articles, blog posts, and industry insights aligned with key messaging themes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Demand Generation to align field marketing activities with pipeline goals.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track performance of events, webinars, and content initiatives. Report on KPIs such as lead generation, engagement rates, and sourced pipeline.
  • Vendor Management: Manage external agencies, vendors, and platforms supporting event and content execution.

Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years in field marketing, event marketing or customer marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company.

Skills:

  • Strong project management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to write or edit marketing content (case studies, abstracts, landing pages)

Mindset:

  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach
  • Comfortable interacting directly with customers and executive stakeholders

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Compensation

The full compensation package is based on candidate experience and certifications.
