Provenir is looking for a highly motivated, sales-focused Field Marketing Manager to support our North America Sales Team. The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for building compelling experiences across the customer journey. The qualified candidate should be based in the NYC Metro Area and be available to come into the office in Parsippany, NJ, occasionally, as needed.

What You'll Do

As the Sr Field Marketing Manager, North America, you have a strong understanding of building and managing pipeline to exceed growth targets. You enjoy partnering with regional leadership to understand the needs of the sales teams, and meeting those needs through effective partnership, strategy, and execution. This person should be in the region and have the ability to telecommute. You will drive a strong partnership with key internal stakeholders: Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, as well as key external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of leadership, agility, and communication skills.

• Analyze lead flow and contribution to revenue, and evaluate ROI against all Field Marketing Programs
• Meet or exceed targets for each regional sales leader
• Establish account-based marketing programs and measure performance against target markets/accounts
• Implement strategic partner marketing programs for delivery on revenue and logo targets
• Secure customer advocates, references and case studies to support growth in the region
• Drive pipeline growth by developing a GTM strategy and supporting budget covering the priority markets
• Plan and execute global marketing campaigns
• Partner with sales leadership on territory planning
• Identify supporting content needs to deliver on campaign expectations
• Define field marketing growth plan across North America
• Be an advocate for the sales team and help the rest of the marketing department understand their priorities.
• Be an advocate for the marketing team and help the sales team understand the marketing team’s priorities.
• Own the corporate brand in region and use a mix of data sources to align your plan with the overall business objectives including new logos, pipeline generation and revenue targets.
• As we scale the business, you will lead through influence a cross-functional team of marketers to build integrated marketing campaigns that put the customer first and use data to optimize the marketing mix across events, digital, thought leadership and demand generation.
