NearU in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support local and field marketing across its growing brand portfolio. This role partners with branch leaders, operations, and corporate marketing to translate strategy into local execution.

The ideal candidate excels at coordinating campaigns, events, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives that drive leads, revenue, and retention. Strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing, campaign coordination, or a related role.
• Experience supporting multi-location, service-based, retail, or agency marketing environments is preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with branch leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of local marketing, promotions, events, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track campaign results, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing platforms is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with branch GMs and Operations to align local marketing initiatives with revenue goals and priorities.
• Maintain regular communication with branch teams to identify marketing opportunities across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
• Communicate promotions, financing offers, membership programs, and cross-trade opportunities to support execution.
• Build relationships with local teams while aligning with corporate marketing strategies and brand standards.
• Coordinate rollout and localization of corporate campaigns across markets and service lines.
• Support seasonal promotions and service offerings.
• Execute cross-trade marketing initiatives to boost repeat business and lifetime value.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, paid media, CRM, and call center teams for campaign execution.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials and technician enablement resources.
