Job summary

adjoe is seeking a Senior Event/Field Marketing leader to own the US regional program end-to-end, driving pipeline for both supply (Playtime/Arcade) and demand (adjoe Ads) through strategic events and partnerships.

You will craft the US event roadmap with leadership, manage budgets, negotiate partnerships, and deliver measurable ROI across industry trade shows, owned events, and executive hospitality activities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record owning a regional event program end to end.
• Senior event/field marketing experience in tech, B2B SaaS, AdTech, or fast-paced agency environment.
• Experience building US event strategy with leadership and hands-on execution.
• Ability to drive pipeline across supply and demand lines of business.
• Strong collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product and Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the US event roadmap and choose formats, audiences, and channels.
• Lead logistics, branding, experience design, and post-event reporting.
• Negotiate and manage partnerships and sponsorships for conferences.
• Own the US events budget and optimize ROI.
• Track ROI and reallocate spend based on data insights.
