Job summary

Glean is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager, Strategic Accounts (West US) to own field marketing strategy and executive programs for the Strategic-West sales segment, partnering with RVPs and account teams to drive engagement and pipeline progression across named accounts.

You will design and execute executive-level experiences that deepen relationships with C-Level executives and business leaders, tightly mapping to strategic account plans and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B SaaS field marketing, ABM, or executive programs
• Experience with C-level or VP+ audiences in strategic accounts
• Proven ability to design white-glove programs for a small number of accounts

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic AEs and RVPs on account planning to map executive moments and pipeline
• Design and deliver white-glove, C-level experiences
• Collaborate with ABM and Brand teams to ensure premium, on-brand programs
• Establish a measurement framework for executive programs focused on pipeline, meetings, and ARR impact
• Prioritize high-impact experiences aligned with priority deals
