Job summary

Fireworks AI is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to own our field and experiential go-to-market on the West or East Coast, building programs that accelerate pipeline and strengthen brand. You will partner with Sales and Leadership to design audience segmentation, measure ROI, and scale a repeatable events engine across conferences, dinners, and co-sponsored activations.

This role demands strategic thinking, flawless execution, and hands-on event management to create memorable experiences

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field marketing or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS or B2B tech.
• A passion for all things field and experiential marketing.
• A strong strategic instinct paired with operational excellence.
• Experience partnering with sales leadership and AEs to develop territory-level event strategies and ABM motions.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-event portfolios simultaneously across diverse program types.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator who works effectively with Sales, Partnerships, Creative, Communications, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear event documentation and present post-event insights to leadership.
• Comfortable with data and analytics, using event metrics to optimize programs and clearly demonstrate ROI.
• Salesforce is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop the east coast field marketing strategy aligned to sales priorities and pipeline goals.
• Conceptualize and plan end-to-end events including executive experiences, large-format educational events, trade shows, co-sponsored activations, and flagship user conferences.
• Build pre-event, day-of, and post-event engagement strategies to maximize registrations and follow-up with sales.
• Partner with sales leadership on territory and account-level strategy to reach right accounts at the right moments.
• Track and report on program ROI to marketing and sales leadership and make data-driven recommendations.
• Mentor and guide junior field marketing team members as the function grows.
