Spectro Cloud is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to own end-to-end execution of flagship events and public sector programs. You will manage budgets, collaborate with sales, product marketing, and executives, and represent Spectro Cloud at our highest-visibility moments.

The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, is highly organized, and has a proven track record in tech field marketing for SaaS or infrastructure. This role may require 30–40% travel and offers strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field or event marketing in tech, SaaS startup or high-growth infra.
• Proven flagship events end-to-end execution with ROI reporting.
• Experience managing event budgets and vendor/contracts.
• Ability to troubleshoot, decide under pressure, and own outcomes.
• Strong organization and multi-project management across events.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end execution of flagship events (KubeCon, reInvent, large trade shows).
• Translate strategy into activation plans, timelines and checklists.
• Lead booth design, staffing, messaging and onsite operations.
• Coordinate with sales, partnerships, product marketing, and demand gen.
• Track pipeline, run pre/post event campaigns, and report ROI.
