Job summary

Beusa Energy Group in Midland, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician within the Asset Integrity-Mechanical department. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and involves field and in-shop duties focused on mechanical equipment, pumping systems, and related logging of maintenance work orders.

The role requires high school completion, 18+ years old, and willingness to pass pre-employment checks; experience with Excel, CMMS, and Oracle is preferred.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Passes all applicable pre-employment testing including background checks, drug screening, fit tests, aptitude or competency assessments.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspection of all mechanical equipment returning to the field.
• Gauges fluids on all fracturing equipment.
• Prepares, maintains, and repairs pumping and support equipment.
• Works with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure parts are available for maintenance.
• Completes work orders and required paperwork to log and track maintenance per Maintenance Supervisor direction.
• Ensures good housekeeping standards at the in‑basin shop or test stand.
• Conducts oil sampling and root‑cause investigations.
• Follows safety rules and SOPs.
• Assists with testing equipment under shop responsibility.
