Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with six years of supply chain/logistics experience or equivalent.
• Active Secret DoD clearance required with ability to obtain Top-Secret with SCI and Yankee White.
• Experience with inventory management and forklift operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee the supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits to reconcile discrepancies.
• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklift; follow OSHA and warehouse safety procedures.
• Maintain and validate inventory in ERP/MIS modules; support program audits and inspections.
• Coordinate transportation, storage, and distribution of goods; optimize processes to reduce costs.
• Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics activities; prepare required reports.
• Address disruptions; implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Utilize logistics software/tools and stay updated on best practices.
