Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Greenville, TX is seeking an Inventory Management Support E to join the Logistics team on first shift. You will process deliveries, coordinate with Procurement, Quality, and Suppliers, and help resolve material issues to maintain balanced production flow.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to multitask, proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, and capable of working with bargaining unit staff. A secret-level security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming deliveries from freight carriers into freight register tool.
• Prioritize and manage expedite requests for incoming orders.
• Process data entry for Goods Receipts of GFE materials.
• Coordinate with Quality, Procurement, Suppliers, and Material Program Managers to resolve material issues.
• Manage administrative tasks related to document control, scanning, and archives.
• Assist Procurement with purchase order corrections.
• Serve as back-up team member for warehouse and shipping.
• Assist with various daily/weekly warehouse tasks.
• Provide assistance to bargaining unit employees to resolve open actions.
