Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication across multiple teams and levels.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes.
• Currently holds Secret-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming deliveries from freight carriers into freight register tool.
• Prioritize and manage expedite requests for incoming orders.
• Process data entry for Goods Receipts of GFE materials.
• Coordinate with Quality, Procurement, Suppliers, and Material Program Managers to resolve material issues.
• Manage document control, scanning, and archives.
• Assist Procurement with purchase order corrections.
• Serve as a back-up team member for other positions, including warehouse and shipping.
• Provide assistance to bargaining unit employees to help resolve open actions.
