Job summary

Aquent is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Lead in Charlotte, NC to drive multi-location local marketing programs, scale best practices, and partner with branch General Managers to grow local lead generation and brand presence.

You will lead local media planning and buying, oversee digital marketing and SEO, manage CRM campaigns and attribution, and steward location budgets. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with agencies and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading local/field marketing teams and scaling best practices across multi-location operations.
• Experience negotiating and managing local media campaigns (radio, TV, print, direct mail, OOH).
• Hands-on knowledge of location-based digital strategy and Google Business Profile management.
• Proficiency with CRM/marketing automation tools for lead attribution and campaign tracking.
• Ability to manage location marketing budgets and measure ROI and CPL.
• Strong relationship-building skills with GMs, cross-functional teams, and vendors.
• High proficiency in Excel, data reporting, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
