Job summary

District Partners Llc is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to own field execution on a major Oklahoma project, coordinating trades, vendors, and installation plans through commissioning and production readiness.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in industrial construction leadership, with hands-on experience across mechanical, electrical and equipment installation, and a proven track record of delivering complex installations on schedule and within safety standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction management, site supervision, or installation leadership in industrial/technical environments.
• Experience leading large-scale installations with multiple contractors and trades.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, structural, and equipment installation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field work with look-ahead schedules and priorities to keep critical activities moving.
• Coordinate multi-trade installation with contractors, trades, millwrights, and vendors.
• Ensure site readiness, staging, and infrastructure before installation begins.
• Resolve constructability and schedule risks with engineering and project stakeholders.
• Maintain safety, quality, and accurate progress reporting; manage punch-list and turnover activities.
