Job summary

Lindamood Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on demolition, renovation, and construction projects.

The role requires coordinating field personnel, subcontractors, equipment, and project sequencing to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in line with plans and company standards. Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in commercial construction, demolition, or related field.
• Experience leading field teams including Foremen and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of demolition, utilities, and building systems coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for demolition and construction projects.
• Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, equipment, and sequencing.
• Ensure work complies with OSHA, safety policies, and project specs.
• Monitor schedules and progress with project managers to meet milestones.
• Coordinate MEP systems with demolition and construction sequencing.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work for accuracy.
• Coach field leadership and promote safety and accountability.
