Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor tasks such as loading/unloading materials and cleaning up debris.
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform demolition work.
• Safely operate equipment such as skid steers and aerial lifts (if certified).
• Follow supervisor instructions and project plans to meet timelines.
• Erect and disassemble temporary structures like scaffolding and containment systems.
• Sort and separate materials for recycling or proper disposal.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Assist in hazard identification and implement safety measures.
• Transport tools and materials to and from job sites.
• Support heavy equipment operators and skilled tradespeople as needed.
