Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical for this position.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Experience on projects up to $80M is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for safety as the priority on the jobsite.
• Coordinate management of construction projects with stakeholders.
• Develop schedules and production plans considering budget and safety.
• Prepare project status reports for the Project Manager.
• Manage daily, progress, and compliance reporting.
• Review and coordinate plans and drawings per contract documents.
• Procure necessary tools and materials for the project.
• Determine staffing levels based on project needs and methodology.
• Recruit and supervise onsite field personnel.
• Prepare payroll submissions and documentation.
• Resolve workforce complaints and grievances.
• Enhance construction methods through collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with construction schedules.
• Supervise subcontractors and monitor compliance.
• Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Oversee regulatory inspections.
