Responsibilities

• Lead all jobsite operations including safety, quality, schedule, and coordination.
• Manage subcontractor performance, sequencing, and daily execution.
• Maintain jobsite safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and logistics.
• Drive schedule adherence and proactively resolve delays.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including reports, photos, and drawings.
• Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure overall project success.
