Job summary

You will serve as the primary field leader, coordinating project teams, subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, logistics, and daily activities in collaboration with the Project Manager and leadership.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive commercial construction experience.
• Significant experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Demonstrated success leading $100M+ projects.
• Specific Public Safety experience (Police, Fire, Justice facilities)

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations on large-scale projects valued at $100M–$180M+.
• Develop and manage the overall construction plan, site logistics, sequencing, and field execution.
• Mentor Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, field engineers, foremen, and project personnel.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Drive the master construction schedule and short-term look-ahead schedules.
