Job summary

Flex Moving and Storage is seeking a Sr. Field Lead (Moving Supervisor) to support the Area Manager in daily field operations.

You will supervise Field Excellence Leaders, coordinate resources, and also step in to run moving jobs when needed to maintain workflow and service quality. You will lead a hands-on team, manage fleet and inventory, and address escalations while ensuring customer satisfaction and premium service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in field operations or logistics.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills for high-pressure situations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to drive and tow trailers.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lot and inventory management, tracking and optimize supplies.
• Monitor field supplies and restock to minimize downtime.
• Address maintenance issues and escalate to Area Manager.
• Oversee fleet management to keep vehicles operable.
• Lead escalations on high-value or complex moves for fast resolution.
• Record Diamond package moves with accuracy and accountability.
• Conduct field audits and QA to ensure SOP adherence and improvements.
• Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and 5-star reviews.
• Collaborate with logistics and dispatch to optimize readiness and assignments.
• Train and mentor Field Excellence Leaders (FELs) and fill in for FEL callouts.
• Serve as backup to Area Manager during time off or emergencies.
