Job summary

2 Brothers Moving & Delivery is seeking an Assistant Moving Operations Manager to lead field crews and oversee daily operations. You will drive efficiency, crew coordination, and client satisfaction across moving projects in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and supervises 25+ personnel; compensation includes hourly base plus tips and performance bonuses, with benefits and an on-site culture focused on growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with field teams and staff accountability.
• Experience in people management and delegation.
• Continuous learner with ability to bring outside knowledge.
• Moving industry experience a plus, training provided.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Field Leadership (70%) – Manage the daily activities of crews in the field and lead moving projects.
• Crew Management (10%) – Coach and mentor field staff.
• Operations & Logistics (15%) – Oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, site surveys.
• Culture Leadership (5%) – Champion core values in field operations.
