Job summary

Take2 Consulting, LLC seeks a Sr Installation Field Engineer to support VA EHRM deployment and training. You will oversee onsite technicians, manage hardware and network configurations, and ensure smooth installation and support across multiple training sites, with frequent travel and occasional onsite work.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field (or 18 years of experience in lieu of a degree), Public Trust clearance, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, or related field, or 10 years of relevant experience.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and obtain Public Trust clearance.
• 5+ years of experience designing, analyzing, configuring, or troubleshooting IP networks.
• Experience managing technical teams and coordinating onsite field engineers.
• Experience with Wi-Fi hardware installation, management and troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and transport equipment between sites.
• Experience with hardware/software support, imaging, break-fix, deployments, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite technicians and manage hardware and network configurations.
• Install and support across training sites with travel as needed.
• Perform imaging, break-fix, upgrades, and deployment projects; provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare reports and deliverables for stakeholders.
