Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction, or a related field.
• Extensive construction inspection experience on civil or water infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of civil engineering concepts, standards, and constructability.
• Familiarity with federal construction regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections to verify compliance with plans, specs, and standards.
• Review contractor submittals and provide technical comments and recommendations.
• Prepare detailed field reports and maintain project records and GPS data.
• Monitor safety compliance and attend toolbox safety meetings.
• Coordinate with Tribal representatives, sponsors, engineers, and contractors on site.
• Assist with budget monitoring and contract documentation as needed.
