Laconia Refrigeration & New England Mechanical is seeking an experienced Level 3 HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems across New England. The role requires 5-8 years hands-on experience, the ability to complete repairs independently, and a commitment to professional customer service.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on HVAC/R experience, residential/commercial.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required.
• NH Gas Service Technician license required for NH gas work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial and residential HVAC/R systems.
• Service rooftop units, walk-in coolers, freezers, and refrigerated cases.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with minimal supervision.
• Train Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.
• Record labor, materials, and job details using ServiceTitan and tablets.
