Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Geoscientist to lead field investigations, sampling programs, and multidisciplinary project tasks in the West Chester area. You will balance multiple projects, contribute technical direction, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across field and office activities.

The role requires a geology/geoscience degree and 6–10 years of experience, with G.I.T./P.G. registration preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geoscience, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• G.I.T. or P.G. registration preferred.
• Ability to lead moderate-to-complex, multi-component field and office scopes.
• Knowledge of regulations, technical standards, QA/QC requirements, and documentation practices.
• Ability to work outdoors at active sites and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct field investigations and sampling, coordinating field operations to meet project objectives.
• Lead moderate-to-complex field and office scopes with multiple stakeholders.
• Lead EHS implementation for medium-to high-risk work and ensure field-team compliance.
• Evaluate new technologies and process improvements for safety, quality, and cost benefits.
• Define methods, provide technical direction, and resolve nonroutine issues.
• Document and present technically sound findings and recommendations.
• Lead peer and quality reviews and maintain complete project records.
• Coordinate staff and subcontractors to meet scope and schedule.
