Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Geoscientist to lead field investigations, sampling programs, and data collection across diverse environmental projects. You will supervise field teams, ensure QoS and QA/QC, and coordinate with subcontractors and clients.

The role requires strong technical expertise in geoscience, the ability to manage complex scopes, and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance in multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geoscience, or a related field; 6–10 years of experience.
• G.I.T. or PG registration preferred but not required; active participation in a professional org encouraged.
• Advanced technical competence in geoscience field investigations and expertise in at least one geoscience area.

Responsibilities

• Direct field investigations and sampling programs, coordinating field operations to meet project objectives.
• Lead moderate-to-complex field and office scopes, integrating technical requirements, staffing, subcontractors, labs, QA/QC, and EHS.
• Lead EHS implementation for medium- to high-risk work and ensure safety compliance.
