You will lead complex field efforts, guide technical decisions, and deliver high-quality client outcomes. This role targets experienced professionals who can manage multiple priorities, mentor junior staff, and drive project success across environmental service areas.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Science, Geoscience, Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in environmental investigations, remediation, or emergency response.
• Experience leading complex site investigations or remediation projects.
• Ability to guide technical decisions and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing field operations, subcontractors, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental investigations, remediation programs, and emergency response activities from planning through completion.
• Manage project execution in scope, budget, schedule, and client expectations.
• Plan and oversee field investigations and sampling programs at active sites.
• Direct field staff and subcontractors; coordinate resources and safety.
• Analyze data to develop defensible conclusions and project strategies.
• Prepare and review reports, work plans, and QA documentation.
• Conduct peer reviews of scopes and calculations for quality and consistency.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate objectives, progress, and deliverables to clients and leadership.
• Maintain auditable field documentation and project records.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.
• Evaluate new technologies for use in projects.
