Job summary

The Brock Group Inc. seeks a Foreman to supervise craft workers and perform hands-on tasks when needed. You will lead crews, enforce Brock safety standards, ensure work meets customer specifications, and manage materials, change orders, and QA/QC processes.

Candidates should have 4+ years’ craft experience with at least 2 years in supervision, and be able to read blueprints and coordinate activities on site in Baytown, TX.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in craft and/or supervision.
• 2+ years’ supervisory/leadership experience.
• Ability to read and understand specifications and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s safety culture (B Safe/B Best) at all times.
• Lead crew meetings and ensure safety and compliance with rules.
• Verify work aligns with customer specs and change orders.
• Direct loading, unloading, and storage of materials and equipment.
• Perform QA/QC inspections and document results.
• Assign tasks and manage crew productivity and safety.
• Maintain accurate time records and report material usage.
