Job summary

The Brock Group is seeking a Foreman to oversee craft workers and perform hands-on work as needed. You will lead safety planning, enforce Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture, and ensure work aligns with customer specifications at the Devens facility.

The role requires 4+ years in craft and 2+ years in supervision, with strong communication and blueprint-reading skills. A hands-on leader who can manage crews and review QA/QC processes will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in craft and/or construction supervision.
• 2+ years’ supervisory / leadership experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specs.
• Must pass orientation and safety requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business.
• Perform pre-job safety planning (Job Hazard Analysis) for each task and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Conduct all required crew meetings on a regular schedule.
• Ensure employees follow Brock, contractor and governmental safety requirements.
• Understand scope of contract and change order process; ensure no out-of-scope work.
• Assign work to employees and keep accurate time and material records.
