Job Description:

Responsible for the day-to-day execution of field examinations. Generally responsible for completing the most complex tasks and analysis. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely fashion according to established guidelines. May refer the most complex issues to the manager for resolution. Position may be flexible on location.

Responsibilities:

  • This position requires travel by car and/or plane to client locations for exams.
  • Review schedule for assignments.
  • Conduct pre-exam meetings with internal contact.
  • Advises contact and exam management of critical issues while in the field.
  • Conducts exit meetings and reviews all significant findings with borrower.
  • Provides copies of availability calculation and related footnotes, as needed, for client's reference.
  • Creates reports and submits for review.
  • Takes personal ownership of managing risk and proactively identifies issues and concerns.
  • Work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while producing results.
  • Help create an inclusive workplace where every employee feels respected and valued.


Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services within an accounting or auditing role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.


Desired Qualifications:
  • 2+ years work experience as a field examiner in Asset Based Finance.
  • 5+ years work experience in an accounting or audit field.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$91,300.00 - $130,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
