This role will handle multiple high-priority tasks, offer executive-level business support for critical leadership meetings, act as a strategic liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders, and ensure seamless coordination of special projects within the business unit. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

– Identify any potential problem areas, recommend solutions, and work closely and cooperatively with the client to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

– Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative methodologies, process improvements, and corrective action plans to continually streamline and improve project operations, outcomes, and quality.

– Direct all quality management operations including planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting functions.

– Monitor all operations and related metrics for conformance with internal, external, contract performance, and quality standards.

– Manage internal and external clients’ expectations related to quality management, and effectively communicate corporate quality standards across the project.

– Oversee and manage issues and risk management and participate in mitigation and contingency actions to address the risks.

– Aggregate and analyze quality data and suggest methods for improving product and service quality, design and/or business processes.

– Maintain an awareness of state and federal quality assurance practices in health and human service programs and provide all project teams with updates on all issues regarding quality.

– Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills.

– Strong relationship management skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and discuss issues and ideas clearly and effectively with all levels of staff.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Visio, Word, Power Point and Excel), including use of conditional and statistical formulas to derive information for complex data sets.

– Knowledge of databases and queries.

– Possess excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

– Oversee special projects and coordination in support of the leadership team, including managing internal stakeholders, creating project briefings, coordinating travel, handling expense reimbursements, managing logistics, coordinating meetings, overseeing special projects, and otherwise supporting overall coordination for this business unit.

– Lead and manage complex projects in support of the Segment and representing the Segment in selected corporate meetings and calls.

– Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study and 10+ years of relevant professional experience required.

– 5 years of management experience required.

– An advanced degree in a related field, combined with relevant professional experience, may be accepted in lieu of five years of management experience.

– Experience serving as a liaison between executive leadership and key internal and external stakeholders.

– Ability to manage and prioritize tasks concurrently, demonstrating strong multitasking skills.

– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.

– Experience coordinating and overseeing logistics for high-level meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

– Experience in managing complex calendars and scheduling, ensuring seamless coordination.

– Experience in drafting and editing high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations

– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

– High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

– Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.

– Proven ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

– Capable of performing work effectively in a remote setting.
