Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks an Equipment Superintendent to lead the field equipment team on a large-scale Pecos, TX project. You will manage mobilization, inspections, maintenance, fueling, and safety-driven operations to meet project commitments.

You will coordinate with engineers, maintenance crews, and vendors, ensure documentation and reporting accuracy, and uphold OSHA/HS&E standards while driving efficiency and value on the site.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe, compliant management of construction equipment on site from mobilization to demobilization.
• Supervise equipment department operations, including craft activities and subordinate supervisors.
• Maintain equipment availability, inspections, maintenance, fueling, and safe operation; ensure alignment with project requirements and Bechtel processes.
