Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks an experienced Field Superintendent - Civil (Concrete) for a long-term Pecos, TX assignment on a major gas-fired power facility. You will lead craft labor and subcontractors, ensure safety, and align work with schedule and budget while coordinating with engineering and project controls.

This role focuses on developing work scopes, enforcing design compliance, and ensuring resources, tools, and materials are on site for efficient execution.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or international equivalent in a relevant field.
• 8–10 years of relevant field experience or 12–14 years total experience.
• Experience delivering a combined cycle power plant as Field Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Lead craft labor and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient daily work.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and foremen to meet project goals.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and contract formation.
• Maintain 3 Week Look Ahead schedules and progress reporting.
• Review timesheets, material and equipment on site, and ERP data.
• Conduct JSA daily and ensure alignment with design documents.
