Clark Construction Group in Atlanta seeks a motivated engineering intern to gain a comprehensive view of our business from day one. You will be part of the Clark Water team, delivering critical infrastructure while receiving formal training and mentorship across project management, development, field operations, and business support.

We look for undergrad or master's candidates graduating Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with a passion for construction and a drive to learn.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) or a master's degree, with an expected graduation in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
• Interest and passion for the construction industry

Responsibilities

• Project Management exposure to day-to-day and long-term construction financials
• Financial Management: review gross billings, track change orders, subcontractor requisitions
• Document Control: manage submittals, RFI, and material tracking
• Trade Partner Success: advise subcontractors for a successful field installation
• Field Management: learn on-site logistics, ensure quality and safety
• Project Schedule: assist with schedule management and site logistics
• Budgeting: review contracts, solicit bids, preliminary evaluations
• Estimating: perform quantity takeoffs and price labor/materials
