Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret Structural/Architectural/Shop drawings.
• Ability to lay out from drawings without assistance.
• Coordinate between drawings and identify potential conflicts.
• Proficient in surveying concepts and field calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishment and verification of horizontal and vertical control across project phases.
• Oversee concrete quantity tracking, placement coordination, and pour performance.
• Provide mentorship to Field Engineers and Apprentices.
• Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and survey teams to resolve issues.
• Support planning through advanced layout strategies and risk mitigation.
