Job summary

Vertiv Corporation seeks a System Specialist to lead high-profile service orders, installations, startups and commissioning of Precision Cooling products. You will maintain superb customer rapport and communicate across CRC, offices and management to ensure timely, safe, and accurate service delivery.

The role emphasizes field leadership, technical troubleshooting, and hands-on training for Customer Engineers, with travel and flexible schedules as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years relevant industry experience and leadership experience
• 1-2 year HVAC Diploma or Technical School Degree is required
• EPA 608 refrigerant license - Level 2 or Universal
• Must have High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site and remote technical support for high-profile orders and service work
• Perform startup, commissioning, and testing for assigned projects
• Ensure adequate manpower and on-site safety during start-up
• Provide daily status reports to Service management and sales
• Develop accurate Time and Material quotes and communicate with CRC and District Managers
