Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience as a Resident Engineer in CE&I (Construction, Engineering, and Inspection).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Environmental, etc.).
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) by the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration, or by the technical board of another state, with ability to obtain Arizona registration within six months of employment.
• Valid Arizona driver's license or ability to obtain one by time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical authority for administering public infrastructure construction projects.
• Direct field inspection activities and ensure compliance with contract documents and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, project managers, and stakeholders for on-time and cost-effective delivery.
• Mentor and guide other Construction Managers and Inspectors; support constructability reviews and reports.
