Job summary

PQShield, a leader in Post-Quantum Cryptography, seeks a Senior Sales Engineer / Sr. FAE for North America. Remote US-based with 10-20% travel, you will support sales through technical integration of cryptography software and hardware, partnering with Sales, Engineering and Management.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in FAE or engineering roles in security/semiconductor, with strong communication and customer-facing experience. Join a global growth journey and be a trusted advisor to customers.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree is desirable for success in this role.
• Experience with hardware IP cores, security software or embedded solutions to OEMs/defense/semiconductor companies.
• Experience supporting sales cycles to large enterprises with complex technical requirements.
• Ability to communicate technical value to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic accounts, identify requirements, research technical solutions, and present/demonstrate solutions.
• Follow up with prospects to identify customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Educate prospects on PQShield products and technology, including customer demos.
• Document technical communications and create Q&A documents, SOWs, and quick-start guides.
• Identify steps to close opportunities and work with Engineering to onboard customers quickly.
• Ensure Engineering understands customer requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on strategic approaches.
• Provide feedback to evolve messaging and product positioning.
