Job summary

HNTB Corporation in Salt Lake City, UT seeks a senior Construction Oversight & Field Leader to manage on-site construction activities, supervise inspectors and field engineers, and ensure work meets plans, specifications and safety standards.

You will drive project scope development, cost control, and risk management on large projects while mentoring team members and coordinating with architects and engineers. Requires PE/engineering degree and 10 years experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership in multi-discipline projects.

• Implementing HNTB processes and project delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations; assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate project activities; establish priorities and staff to jobs.
• Monitor progress; resolve technical field issues with Architects/Engineers.
• Lead the development and execution of the project management plan.
• Mentor construction staff and participate in staffing and succession planning.
• Support business development and client relationships for mega projects.
