The role requires deep technical leadership, strong client-facing skills, and experience managing complex budgets and contract negotiations across mega programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 12 years of relevant engineering experience.
• 4 years of successful management of engineering projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the project scope and fee quotation; assist with technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison; manage project team to meet scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Perform technical tasks including analysis, reports, and design production.
• Lead project delivery plans using SDA; supervise and mentor team toward objectives.
• Oversee staffing, development, retention, and performance reviews for staff.
• Collaborate with clients and pursuit teams to support business development for mega projects.
• Recruit and develop staff; support performance and compensation reviews.
