Job summary

GeoEngineers is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer for the Pacific Region to lead complex geotechnical design and project management in Guam. You will coordinate field programs, prepare technical reports, and drive business development with local firms and federal clients.

The role demands deep expertise in seismic risk, deep foundations, waterfront projects, and regulatory compliance. Travel to regional sites and collaboration with marketing are essential components of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in geotechnical or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of related professional experience.
• Professional Engineer license or Certified Engineering Geologist license.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management tasks including budgets, scopes, and client communications.
• Provide technical leadership for complex geotechnical analyses and reporting.
• Coordinate field exploration and construction observation activities across Guam.
