You will develop work plans, monitor progress, and support contract administration while collaborating with design teams to resolve issues and track performance. This is a full-time on-site position with significant urban infrastructure exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of civil construction experience.
• Urban heavy civil infrastructure experience a plus.
• Knowledge of construction safety and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and develop construction schedules with project-wide coordination.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on material acquisitions and pre-construction deliverables.
• Prepare quotes and draft contracts to meet project requirements.
• Prepare work plan packages and coordinate pre-construction meetings.
• Monitor field construction; perform layout checks and technical reviews.
• Assist with subcontract administration and payment records.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and schedule updates.
• Participate in change orders, claims management, and issue resolution.
• Identify changing site conditions and coordinate permits.
• Manage project close-out with client and third parties.
