Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Field Engineer to support RSAF ISR mission systems on the RE-3A aircraft and related ground systems.

The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, on-the-job instruction, and developing maintenance capability while working with a multinational team in Saudi Arabia. A 90-day relocation is required; Top Secret/SCI readiness is preferred to secure the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years USAF Special Systems Technician/Airborne Mission Systems Instructor experience.
• Master’s Degree with 4 years USAF Special Systems Technician/Airborne Mission Systems Instructor experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years USAF Special Systems Technician/Airborne Mission Systems Instructor experience.
• Must have 4 years’ ISR mission systems and subsystems experience.
• Must relocate to Saudi Arabia within 90 days of accepting assignment.
• 3 years of experience flying on or maintaining platforms like E-3, RC-135, and C-32/C40.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain ISR aircraft and ground systems.
• Read and interpret electrical/electronic terminology, symbols, codes, and diagrams.
• Use test equipment to isolate malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Lead in a diverse, multidisciplinary team and train RSAF personnel.
• Develop local checklists for assigned duties.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision or management.
