Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Systems Engineer (Airborne ISR Instructor) to deliver hands-on instruction to RSAF personnel on ISR mission systems and training devices.

You will bridge airborne sensor capabilities to ground decision-making and mentor the next generation of Mission Crew Commanders. The role requires strong technical and instructional skills, with relocation to Saudi Arabia and a current security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with nine (9) years of progressive experience in airborne roles.
• Master’s degree with seven (7) years of progressive experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 13 years of progressive experience in relevant airborne roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons via lectures, simulators, and in-flight environments.
• Train operators in qualifications, system differences, and requalification.
• Teach management of sensor suites including SIGINT systems and data link management.
• Emphasize operating picture and distribution to assets.
• Teach crew resource management and air-to-ground protocols.
• Ensure proper use of aircraft forms and documentation.
• Lead and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
