Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a Lead, Systems Engineer (Airborne ISR Instructor) to lead hands‑on training for RSAF personnel on the RE-3A aircraft and ground systems in Riyadh. You will bridge sensor data to tactical decision-making and develop the next generation of Mission Crew Commanders.

The role requires extensive ISR experience, instructional expertise, and the ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia within 90 days. Security clearances and travel are part of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with nine (9) years of progressive experience in related roles.
• Master’s degree with seven (7) years of progressive experience in related roles.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of progressive experience in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons via lectures, simulators, and live environments.
• Train operators in qualifications and system differences.
• Teach management of complex sensor suites including SIGINT systems.
• Emphasize shared operational picture, data link management, and asset distribution.
• Teach crew resource management and air-to-ground protocols.
