Labrynth is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers on regulated, operational workflows and turn field work into a production product.

The role spans field, build, and productize modes, requiring hands-on coding, customer discovery, and delivery across UI, API, data, and deployments. You will map workflows, demonstrate value, and help shape reusable platform primitives.

Competenze

• Shipped production software and can explain changes for users.
• Comfortable in messy customer settings and can extract real problems.
• Able to translate operator needs into code and demos.
• Experience across UI, API, data, and deployments.
• Proficient in frontend, backend, and data integrations.
• Ability to document evidence, tests, and verification for demos.
• Strong communication and ability to discuss risks with non-technical customers.
• Ability to identify reusable patterns from field work.

Mansioni

• Run customer discovery and shadow workflows with operators and decision owners.
• Implement thin product slices in live code across UI, API, data, and integrations.
• Write tests, inspect logs, and document proven or uncertain aspects.
• Explain tradeoffs and next steps to customers clearly.
• Identify reusable patterns to accelerate onboarding for future customers.
• Own ambiguous work from discovery to rollout and follow-up.
